Client Love

“Erica has been working with my twin sons for the past 10 years. Reflecting back on this journey, Erica has been our "secret weapon". She has always been direct with us about our boys' challenges, and instrumental in the implementation and tailoring of strategies to help them manage in the public education system. She is creative and quick thinking on her feet during sessions, and her high-caliber intervention skills are unmatched, in my experience. She has been a critical team member.... helping our boys manage socially, emotionally, and academically from ages 4-14 and attending school meetings with us. If you are a caregiver or a parent to a child with special needs, partnering with Erica WILL change your entire experience with your child(ren), and will boost your confidence as you navigate what can be a challenging process.”

Postnatal Services

Much time is spent preparing for the birth of a child. The one area we don’t give much thought to is the postpartum period. Postnatal doula care can help as your family grows.

My postnatal services are offered to growing families that seem to need additional support in the late afternoon into the evening.

Postpartum Doula support includes…

  • Providing an extra set of hands as the day wraps up with support for dinner, bath, and bedtime

  • Helping during the “witching hours” when babies are the fussiest

  • Assisting in soothing techniques for newborns as well as helping create a quiet, calm evening atmosphere as the family starts to unwind and prepare for bedtime.

  • Creating a new evening routine for the growing family that is manageable and peaceful

  • Helping get all family members to bed and ensuring baby is asleep before leaving for the night to prioritize parent sleep

  • Helping integrate baby with older siblings and allowing siblings to be part of the process

Package for Managing Multiples

Customized Plan of Care for Parents/Caregivers

  • How to tend to multiples - feeding, schedules, baby wearing and more!
  • Help you learn their individual differences
  • Learn how to promote healthy development
  • Help in the afternoon and evenings with the night time routine and how to manage the “witching hour” with 2+
  • Address unique concerns of multiples
  • Occupational Therapy screening to assess for possible developmental delays
  • Helping create a safe sleep environment
  • You will receive a written plan as well as hands on support
