Welcome, Iām Erica.
Pregnancy and birth are normal processes, albeit challenging at times. Working with a doula can make the experience more positive and successful.
My doula services are tailored to the needs of each client. Each person, pregnancy, and home that I visit are unique. Consequently, I approach each parent with an open mind, creating a working relationship that respects the special needs of each parent or the family in an atmosphere that is accepting and encouraging.
During the pregnancy, I provide information to parents about every decision regarding their body and baby, explaining the anatomy and physiology in a way that is easy to understand.
After the birth, I teach important care techniques, help parents bond with the baby, and assist with breastfeeding. This creates a well-rounded foundation that prioritizes both parent and baby.
Moving forward, I can provide more specialized services to help parents achieve optimal physical and emotional development for their children. By prioritizing parents before birth and beyond, families and children are better aligned for success.
