Partnering with children and their families to develop lifelong skills necessary to engage and thrive in the world.

Each child and family is unique and ever-changing.

Through nurturance, support, education, and intervention when needed, I believe that children have an innate capacity to develop and thrive. When these services are provided in naturalistic contexts such as in the home, community, and birth settings, children and families are best able to realize their greatest potential.

“We have been blessed to have Erica in our lives since 2005. She became our son, Bryan’s OT when he was just 4 years old, as he has autism. She has helped not only Bryan, but our entire family has benefited from knowing her these past 16 years! She incorporates her knowledge, skills, humor, and empathy in all that she does and she has been truly invaluable to us!
